2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:
- Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
- Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular choice!)
- Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
- Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10
Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:
- Express: 3–6 business days
- Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!
5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened items in original packaging. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). Customer pays return shipping unless the issue is ours. See our full Returns page for details.
6. Are your pet supplies safe and high-quality? Yes! We prioritize non-toxic, durable, pet-safe materials (BPA-free where applicable), chew-resistant toys, and designs focused on comfort and well-being. All products are selected with pet health and happiness first.
7. How do I care for my Congominerals-sarlu products? Most beds & blankets are machine-washable (follow label instructions). Toys: Wipe clean or hand-wash as needed. Bowls: Dishwasher-safe (top rack recommended). Collars/leashes: Spot clean or hand-wash. Grooming tools: Clean after each use. Specific care instructions are included with each product.
